Couples' Retreat Registration

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026 RETREAT IS CLOSED AS OF FEBRUARY 5, 2026.

There are three steps to registering for this year's retreat.

• Submit your registration form. You may do this online using the form below or by mailing your completed registration form to:

• Pay your registration fee. You may include a check with your mailed registration form; or you can pay using the PayPal checkout below (a small convenience fee is added to the brochure price for online payments). There is no early bird registration discount this year, but registrations received after February 1, 2026, may not be accepted.
  
  • Attendance at the retreat and the Friday night banquet costs $100.
  • This year, we are also pleased to offer childcare for children aged 1-5. Please include the number of children and their ages in your registration so we know how to plan.

IMPORTANT: THIS YEAR EACH COUPLE MUST RESERVE THEIR OWN HOTEL ROOM. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO STAY OVERNIGHT, YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS STEP BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE COMPLETE.

• Reserve your hotel room. You may reserve your own hotel room at the Holiday Inn Express in Ottawa, KS, with our special event rate of $119/night (plus applicable taxes & fees) by calling the hotel directly (785) 521-7009 and mentioning that you are wanting the Calvary Baptist Church Couples' Retreat rate.
